1. Disconnect a connected account
- Sign in to Alabaster CRM.
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Select the connected Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other provider account.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm.
You may also remove Alabaster CRM directly from the connected provider's app or business-integration settings. Disconnecting stops future synchronization after provider revocation is processed, but it does not automatically delete information previously imported or created in the tenant.
2. Delete Facebook or Instagram data
Removing Alabaster CRM from Facebook's Business Integrations settings or disconnecting it inside Alabaster stops future access after Meta processes the revocation. To delete Meta Platform Data already stored in Alabaster CRM, follow the request steps below and identify the connected Facebook Page or professional Instagram account. Eligible messages, comments, leads, publishing records, account identifiers, and integration credentials associated with that connection will be deleted or anonymized.
3. Submit a deletion request
- Email contact@alabasterautomation.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
- Include the email address used for Alabaster CRM, the organization or tenant name, and the connected account or Page name when applicable.
- Describe whether you want a connected account's imported data, your user profile, or the entire organization tenant deleted.
- Complete any reasonable identity and authority verification we request. Do not email passwords, access tokens, government identification, or full payment-card information.
4. Confirmation and completion
We will acknowledge the request and determine whether you or your organization's tenant administrator controls the requested information. After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information from active systems within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Residual copies in encrypted backups will expire through normal backup-retention cycles.
Our acknowledgement email serves as the request confirmation and will identify any additional verification needed. We will send a completion notice to the verified requestor when processing is finished. If we cannot delete a record, the response will explain the category retained and the reason.
5. Information controlled by an Alabaster customer
If a business using Alabaster CRM collected your information, that business generally controls the CRM record. Contact the business first so it can verify and act on your request. You may still contact Alabaster Store LLC if you cannot reach the business, and we will help route the request where appropriate.
